Context

A Global Financial Services Provider is present in 15+ markets across Continental Europe, has established a Digital vision and is willing to launch an MVP across countries in Europe. The technology setup, however, is not supporting a fast delivery. Agile ways of working have not been introduced and no on-shore staff had been recruited at that time to support delivery.

Problem Statement

“We now understand why Digital is so important for us and we have established a regional view. We understand that we can be more accountable for the technology part  through a product ownership model and through establishing and evolving  new ways of working – we just don’t know how to do that all simultaneously. And doing it a step by step would give us the pace of the old days… which is way too slow.”
